Prepare, listen, follow up. An interview has a thread, but it is more than a list of questions. A clarification, a hesitation or an unexpected answer can open a more interesting direction than the one you planned.

I like conversations that give guests time to develop an idea without losing the pace. Going beyond promotion, asking for details and creating a dialogue: that is what I look for in these encounters.
